Insurance and Payment Information

Evaluation costs range from $1750-$2500 (billed at $250 per hour) for complete psychological evaluations. This includes initial intake, psychological testing, report writing, feedback session, and post-evaluation session (e.g. follow-up therapy session; school meeting attendance).

Adult streamlined evaluations range from $1000-$1500.

Payment plans are available.

Cash, Check, Credit Card, and Health Savings Plans are accepted.

I am a fee-for-service practice. Most insurances reimburse for my services and I will provide you with a superbill to assist you with the reimbursement process.
